Policy / Shipping policy 

❤️  Tranquility Beauties, we take 1-3 business days for processing before shipping orders  you will receive an a tracking number to your email. 3-5 businesses days for you to receive your products in the United States.  

 Shipping International may take at least 2-3weeks to receive.

   Days we ship orders

     Monday -Wednesday  10am -4pm

     Weekends
     Friday -Saturday. 10am-1pm

  Lost / Damage 

 ❤️Tranquility Beauties is not responsible for any lost items. We will be sending out your product to the address on file.  Please double-check and make sure you gave us the correct mailing address. 

❤️ALL SELL’S  Are  Finally  ❤ We are not responsible for any packing the sent back to us if your pack gets sent back to us we  refund for the product but not for shipping. If you want us to send your package to you will have to pay for shipping again .

❤️ Please make sure you check your emails for your tracking information & when you spend 50 dollars or more a signature will be required.
